As these cables are not fit for use in the rest of the world, for safety measures, the manufacturer often will not include their Chinese power outlets with the miner when releasing the units to us for shipping outside of China. All US orders, sold and delivered by Legendary Miners are inclusive of value added tax. All International orders, sold and delivered by Legendary Miners are exclusive of value added tax. We are not liable for any duties or taxes or fees that may be incurred by the customer. Undelivered Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. The recipient will be liable for the return costs, resending the parcel as well as any storage fees that may occur.

Please be noted that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and the risks of damage and loss of the products shall be transferred to you.
